We offer Returns with credit note within 7 working days of delivery and Exchanges within 30 working days of delivery
Not Returns/Exchanges are offered on customized Pieces.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can whatsapp us at +918377909125 and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
DISCLAIMER :
- No order in any case is eligible for a refund
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- No return/ exchange on sale or discounted products
- If there are any shipping delays, the order is not eligible for cancellation and we are not liable for any refund. However you can get in touch with the customer care team and ask for a credit note
- The entire exchange process can take upto a month
- Discount will not be offered for express shipped orders
- Custom Orders take additional time and are charged extra on the basis of customization.
INTERPRETATION

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods contain the original tags and receipts provided during shipping
- Goods are not used or damaged
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
